International sales are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
StrollerPark is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. This includes ALL original packaging, hang tags, and manuals MUST be intact in order to be eligible for return.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and any garment tags still attached. Original and return shipping fees will not be credit back.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of use, wear, misuse, or alterations.
All items sold at a discount are not eligible for return.
We offer NO refunds, only exchange, repair or store credit
If you received free shipping and return your full order an additional AED 75 shipping fee will be deducted from any refund.
All restocking fees are waived for the exchange + store credit option.

Once your items are received in the warehouse and inspected you can expect an Exchange or Store credit notification within 5-10 days. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 2-3 days to email you the Store Credit or to send you the exchange product
Within 14 days from purchase you can exchange your item either in store or through the website
“Processing” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) and your order status will change to “Shipped.”
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order needs some extra verification of your billing and payment information and we did not receive a response, the order was then cancelled as we are unable to hold orders for longer than 3 business days.
Our prices in the UAE include VAT. For International orders you will be liable to settle any taxes and duties directly with the courier company.
