Strollerpark ships to UAE And GCC. across UAE free of charges (conditions may apply) and for other GCC customers will pay for the shipping. Currently we can ship to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt.
Strollerpark offers a 14 day returns And Exchange policy. You can easily return any unused item for an exchange or store credit/voucher which is valid for 6months if the products are in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached. Items bought in our stores cannot be returned through the online store.
Strollerpark offers 1-3 Days delivery, depending on the time of order if the order made before 1pm the order we will process on the same day this will take 1 to 2working days if the order was made after 1pm the order will be processed the next working day, and this will take 2 to 3 working days.
Strollerpark accepts Online payment with any credit or debit card, Cash on delivery with extra charges of 15dhs (Exclusively in the UAE) and bank transfer.

You can cancel or modify your order from Strollerpark easily by calling the customer service team on +971509618513. Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been processed and dispatched. If it’s already being prepared, you will need to wait for your order to be delivered and then request a return.

If the product is damaged within warranty period, simply email us with pictures, serial number of the product and proof of purchased at ecommerce@strollerpark.com
